Perio Plan

Three cleanings a year. This is the plan for patients being treated for gum disease.
Each additional family member is 5% off.

Limitations
What It Doesn't Cover
Orthodontics and oral surgery aren't part of the plan. If you're looking at braces, aligners, or a surgical case, we'll price that separately and tell you the number before we start.
The plan also can't be combined with dental insurance. If you have coverage through work, your insurance is the better route and we'll bill it.
It doesn't renew on its own, so you won't get charged again without deciding to. And it isn't refundable once you've enrolled.

Who This Is For
Patients without dental insurance. That's most of who we built it for: people who are self-employed, working somewhere that doesn't offer dental, retired, or between jobs.
It also works if your job offers a plan you've decided isn't worth what it costs you.
If your employer passed this along, you enroll yourself and it stays yours. There's nothing for them to sign and nothing that ends if you change jobs.

We'll confirm which plan fits, take care of enrollment, and put your start date on file.
Come in
Your preventive visits are covered from your start date. Your portion of anything else is due the day of service.

Is this dental insurance?
No. It's a discount plan we run ourselves. There's no insurance company involved, no claims, and no network.
What if I already have dental insurance?
Then this isn't for you, and it can't be combined with it. We'll bill your insurance instead.
Does it cover braces or aligners?
No. Orthodontics isn't part of the plan. We'll price it separately and tell you the cost before you commit to anything.
Does it cover oral surgery?
No. Single-tooth dental implants are 20% off under the plan, but surgical cases are priced separately.
Will it renew automatically?
No. It doesn't auto-renew. You decide each year.
Can I get a refund?
No. Enrollment isn't refundable, which is why we'd rather you ask us anything before you enroll than after.
Can I put my family on it?
Yes. Each additional family member is 5% off.
When can I start using it?
The day your plan starts. There's no waiting period.
